Charles L. Dawson born c1824 VA died 1875/6 Tyler, TX, married Sarah S. Haller "Sallie" born 1826 Wythe Co., VA, died 1907 buried Oakwood Cem., Tyler, TX, unmarked. They were enumarated on the 1850 census of Carroll Co., VA, and the 1860 census of Sevier Co., AR. They moved to Tyler in the late 1860s, and in 1870 they bought over 100 acres just southeast of Tyler.
